a) We are Packfleet Limited with company number 13287856 and registered address of 14-16 Verney Road, London, England, SE16 3DH ("Packfleet"). We take our data protection responsibilities seriously and this privacy notice sets out how we process your personal data. c) When we talk about 'Customers' in this privacy notice we mean an organisation who has a contract with Packfleet to deliver parcels to or collect parcels from a Recipient. When we talk about 'Recipients' in this privacy notice we mean an individual who is receiving a a delivery or collection by Packfleet on behalf of one of our Customers.
d) The Customer will share Recipient personal data, such as name, contact details and any specific delivery details with Packfleet for the purpose of providing a delivery or collection service. In this case, Packfleet acts as a data processor of the Recipient's personal data under data protection law. If you are a Recipient, we recommend that you also refer to the privacy notice of our Customer (the company or you ordered the goods from) to find out how they process your personal data as a data controller under data protection law.
e) This privacy notice covers how we process your personal data as a data controller.

How do we use data?
a) Customer Account. If you, a Customer, create an account with us, we may collect information including but not limited to your name, email address, password, company name and delivery volume estimate. We collect these details to fulfil our contractual obligations to you.
b) Packfleet Apps. If you, a Customer, use Packfleet Apps which integrate with other platforms such as the Packfleet Shopify App, we are a controller over the analytical data collected when you use the App, as well as the previous order information you view in the App, which includes Recipient details such as their name and address. We process this data under our legitimate interest to provide our services to you.
c) Recipient Account. If you, a Recipient, create an account with us to enable you to monitor all deliveries you receive from us, we may collect your name, contact details and delivery details among other information. We collect these details to fulfil our contractual obligations to you.
d) Contact us. If you contact us with an enquiry, we collect information including your name, contact details and any other information you provide to us because it is in our legitimate interest to make sure we can properly respond to your query.
e) News updates. We will handle your personal information such as your name and email address to provide you with our news updates in line with any preferences you have told us about. When we send you our news updates because you have opted-in to receive them, we rely on your consent to contact you. If we contact you by email and you have not opted-in, this is because we believe you will be reasonably interested in our news updates and the lawful basis we rely on to do this is our legitimate interest to promote our business.You can unsubscribe from our updates at any time by responding to any email you receive from us to tell us you wish to unsubscribe or by contacting us at hello@packfleet.com.
f) Job applications. If you apply for a job with us, we process your personal data. You can find out more details about how and why we handle your personal data at our recruitment specific privacy notice.
g) Driver app. This section is only applicable to Packfleet Driver – our app used by drivers to perform collections and deliveries.
Packfleet Driver accesses the location data of drivers while they are actively on a route. This data is used to monitor the driver’s progress and provide accurate estimated times of arrival to customers. We only collect and track location information during active routes, and location tracking automatically ceases when the driver is off duty or not engaged in a delivery.
The location data collected is solely for operational purposes and is not shared with any third parties, except as required to update customers regarding their deliveries.

How do we use your personal information?
We may share your personal data with the following third parties:
our suppliers or sub-contractors;
our professional advisors such as our lawyers, auditors or insurers; or
law enforcement, government and regulatory agencies or other third parties as required by applicable law or regulation.

Where do we store your data?

How long do we keep your data for?
We will only retain your personal information for as long as we need it unless we are required to keep it for longer to comply with our legal, accounting or regulatory requirements. In some circumstances we and our sub-contractors may carefully anonymise your personal data so that it can no longer be associated with you, and we and they may use this anonymised information indefinitely without notifying you. We use this anonymised information to analyse and improve our services.

You have various rights under applicable data protection law, including the right in certain circumstances to:
access your personal data;
correct incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you;
erase the personal data we hold about you;
restrict our handling of your personal data;
